Shipping policy

Shipping within the continental U.S.

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. The $75 is calculated after discounts and promotions.
USPS Ground Advantage: $7.95 on orders under $75.
UPS Ground: $10.99.
UPS 2nd Day Air: $29.99.

Most orders ship USPS Ground Advantage. Oversized or higher-value items may ship UPS or FedEx Ground. If you prefer UPS, choose a UPS option at checkout.

When your order ships

Orders placed by 1:00 pm Mountain Time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.
We also ship USPS orders on Saturdays. Carriers don't pick up on Sundays or federal holidays.
Ground shipments usually arrive in 3 to 10 business days, depending on where you are. UPS 2nd Day Air arrives two business days after it ships.

Holiday shipping

Carriers slow down in December. See our Holiday Shipping Deadlines page for the last day to order for delivery by Christmas.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout, and transit times vary by location.

Canada and international

Orders ship by USPS international services. The service depends on destination, weight, and value.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time depends on the destination and on customs processing.

Tracking, lost, and damaged packages

You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us at orders@flyfishsd.com or 605-341-2450. We'll handle the carrier claim and make it right.
