Shipping — U.S. (Lower 48)

Flat rate: $5.99 on all orders shipping within the continental United States.

Free shipping: Orders $75+ ship free. Threshold is calculated after discounts and promotions.

Carriers: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage. Oversized or higher‑value items may ship UPS or FedEx Ground. If you prefer UPS, please select the UPS option at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Estimates

Order cutoff: Orders placed by 1:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) typically ship the same business day. We schedule carrier pickups between 3:00–4:00 pm MT; orders must be received at least 2 hours prior so we can pull, pack, and label. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Transit time: Estimated 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier service level.

Business days & weekends: Most carriers count business days as Monday–Friday. We also ship on Saturdays via USPS with the same 3:00–4:00 pm MT pickup window. Carriers do not pick up on Sundays or on USPS/UPS‑observed U.S. federal holidays.

Alaska & Hawaii
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary by location.
Canada & International

Returns

Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Items showing use (e.g., worn, used, fished, or damaged) that cannot be sold as new will be returned to you.

Packaging: Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.

How to start a return: Contact us with your order number to initiate a return and receive instructions.

Warranties: Items covered by a manufacturer repair warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Best Practice)
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
What to include:

Your order number; 2) clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, shipping label, and the item (showing the issue).
Please retain all packaging until we confirm next steps. We’ll replace or refund the affected item(s). If a carrier claim is required, we’ll handle it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original item for a refund once received and inspected.

If the exchange is due to our error or a carrier‑related issue, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

If the exchange is for preference‑based reasons (size, color, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Processing Times
