Description

MFC Slotted Tungsten Beads

Heavy where it counts. MFC Slotted Tungsten Beads pack maximum sink rate into a smaller profile, letting your flies ride lower without looking bulky or unnatural. Tungsten's density outperforms brass by nearly 70%, so you get to the strike zone faster — critical when you're fishing fast water, deep pools, or competition-style euro nymphs.

The precision-cut slot seats cleanly over standard hook shanks and bends, keeping the bead centered, locked, and rotation-free through every drift and recast. That means cleaner profiles, better hook gaps, and patterns that hold their shape fish after fish.

Ideal for:

Euro and competition nymphs
Weighted streamers and buggers
Jig-style patterns and perdigons
Any subsurface fly that needs to get down fast

Sold in 20-packs of consistently sized, precision-engineered beads — the kind of dependable component serious tyers reach for again and again.
