Nature's Spirit cow elk hair is a premium product and is perhaps the best all around fly tying hair. This flank elk hair is grade for straightness, short to medium tips and texture that allows for compression yet maintains shape.
This is an excellent all purpose Elk Hair for fly tying. Works great as a winging hair for Elk Hair Caddis, Stimulators, and stonefly patterns.
