PMD is short for Pale Morning Dun. Pale Morning Duns are small mayflies that can range in color from yellowish olive to yellow to a creamy orange. Pale Morning Duns hatch primarily in summer months. This is a very important food for trout and this assortment consists of our best-selling sizes and patterns that represent PMD dries.
