December Fly Tying Classes

We're offering up a few tying classes this month here at the shop, so get those vises warmed up! Beginning Fly Tying with Dave will be Thursday, December 3rd at 6:00pm at the shop. Dave's class will focus on the beginning fly tier, and will cover all the basics you need to get started tying your own flies. Cost will be $30 - There are currently 4 spots open, call the shop to reserve your seat! I'll be doing a Streamer tying class on Thursday, December 10th at 6:00pm at the shop. This class will focus on tying large trout streamers, both single hook and articulated. Cost will be $49 - materials are included, just bring your vise and tools. There's only one spot left in this class, call the shop to lock your spot in! We're going to be offering more tying classes throughout the winter and spring, and we're looking for ideas! If there's a particular type of fly tying class that you want to do, we're all ears. Pike? Smallmouth? Carp? North Platte Flies? The possibilities are endless - let us know what classes you'd like to see, and we will get them set up. Ryan
