Shipping Policy
Orders to the continental United States ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Orders over $50 ship for free.
We ship most domestic orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Some larger items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you prefer to have your order shipped via UPS, please choose that option at checkout.
Should a product not be available or delayed due to backorder an email will be sent to you upon receipt of the order. Your order will be processed within one day of receipt and will arrive in 3-10 business days. Special conditions apply to orders shipping outside of the lower 48. Most orders ship the day the order is placed.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders Shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using USPS priority mail.
Shipping to Canada and Internationally
Shipping outside of the United States will be done with USPS global First Class mail. Orders will be charged according to USPS global priority rates. We are not responsible for customs duties, VATs, special taxes, etc. associated with your purchase. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items to be returned should be unused and in their original packaging. To qualify for a full refund items must be returned in sellable condition. If we can't resell the item, it cannot be returned for a full refund. Please make sure the items are clean, unused, and all packaging is intact prior to returning. Merchandise that has been worn, used, fished, damaged, and that cannot be sold as new will be returned to you.
We now offer return protection called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order ($1.98), you can return any item in your order for an exchange, store credit, or a refund for free.
If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. (It will be deducted from your refund amount or paid separately in the return portal)
Please take care in packaging items when shipping returns.
Items covered by manufacturer’s repair warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
