Skwala Sol Defense Hoody

$99.00

Description

The Sol Defense Hoody defines essential fishing gear, keeping you comfortable and fully protected when the sun shines down, the bugs rise up, or both.

No distractions. “Nice” weather isn't always nice to fish in. A halo of mosquitos circling your head, a skein of sandflies coating your hands, fiery midday sun scorching your skin—summery days can demand just as much protection as rainy or snowy ones. That’s why we built the Sol Defense Hoody. Breathable, high-stretch knit fabric provides a light and airy feel with full 50+ UPF sun protection. Permethrin treated core fibers repel biting insects. Stay cool, comfortable, and fully protected from sun-damage and bug bites, so you can focus on fishing.

Beyond Sun Protection

The Sol Collection is built to keep anglers protected, no matter the conditions. Featuring innovative textiles with benefits like sun protection, quick-dry properties, anti-microbial finishing, and insect-repellent technology, the collection delivers superior coverage without compromise. Thoughtful design and high-performance materials make the Sol Collection stand out in a sea of similarity.

Sun + Bug Tough

We set out to build a sun hoody that delivers durability, protection, and all-day comfort on the water. The Sol Defense Hoody is engineered with a unique combination of lightweight, breathable fabric and built-in insect-repellent technology, offering next-level performance for anglers who demand more. Designed for long days under the sun, it features UPF 50+ protection, quick-dry properties, and an airy, next-to-skin feel. Staying cool, dry, and protected when fishing through the toughest conditions requires more than just a stretchy shirt with a flashy logo.
