Whiting Heritage Saddle Grade #3 - #15

Heritage Cree. This saddle has Cree coloring: black, brown and white barring on the same feather. Wound by itself it gives you the mixed brown-and-grizzly look of an Adams. Cree is one of the rarest colors in Whiting's Heritage stock, which is why this skin is priced above our other Heritage saddles.

Whiting Heritage hackle draws its colors from the oldest breeding stocks, with feather quality and length improved by Tom Whiting's breeding work.

This is a Grade #3 Heritage dry fly saddle. Saddle feathers are long with a narrow size spread, so one feather ties several flies.
