The all new Redington Rise Fly Reel continues Redington's ongoing quest to think beyond the bounds of traditional reel designs. The Redington Rise has been a star of the Redington lineup for quite a few years now, but the newest rendition of the Rise has changed the game. This reel features a much larger overall diameter, but is still incredibly light. The arbor diameter is much larger than the previous reels as well, which allows you to pick up more line per turn of the reel, as well as allowing the drag to work more effectively. The fully redesigned Rise reel features a u-shaped large-arbor and a compact carbon fiber drag system. The new drag system offers over 20lbs of fish stopping torque. The lightweight design shows through in the modern aesthetic of the RISE, and thoughtful details like twin molded soft-touch handles and oversized drag knob help the reel perform in the hands of any angler.
