McFlyfoam Crab

If you're fishing for Permit, this is a fly that you won't want to be without! Using Liquid Fusion and McFlyfoam makes for a quick and durable fly. Recipe is for tan or cream version, can also be tied with white or olive body. 

Materials List:

Hook: Daiichi 2456 Size 2-6

Thread: 140 Denier Chartreuse

Eye: Double Pupil Lead Yellow- Size Medium to Small

Tail Flash: Pearl or Bonefish tan Krystal Flash

Tail Marabou: Blood Quill Marabou Tan or Cream

Tail Claws: Grizzly Rooster Saddle or Hen Saddle Feathers

Legs: White Medium Round Rubber

Body: Flats Crab Tan McFlylon

Glue: Liquid Fusion- let evaporate by at least half before using to glue your bodies
