Another Great Day On The Water!
Our guiding season has been going strong, and we've been having great success! I guided Todd Butler from Wichita State College yesterday and we had a spectacular morning of fly fishing. I tied on a hopper-dropper setup first thing in the morning, and we never changed flies all day! A Chubby Chernobyl with a Jig Pheasant Tail tied on below was the ticket. Todd caught a fish on his second cast of the day, and we were into them for the remainder of the morning. I think that this year is shaping up to be one of the best years we've seen, and the hopper fishing should be spectacular in the coming months!
