Harrop's Palmered CDC Caddis Tan

A take on the Elk Hair Caddis from the vise of Rene Harrop. This caddis pattern substitutes Cul de Canard for the wing in place of Elk Hair. This creates a fluttering caddis pattern that is very effective for picky trout.
