Fully detailed beetle bodies are ready to be tied with our Tie In Tags to secure and add extra flotation. Simply cut the beetle from the sheet, tie it onto the hook shank using open turns to increase flotation for the fly, then wrap it with your preferred body material.... We love using Semperfli Synthetic Peacock Herl, which is resilient and visually striking, to create lethal flies. With its 2mm thick Floam, this can support flies and serve as both a fly and an indicator! Semperfli beetle bodies are made from high-flotation, nitrogen-filled foam, making them ideal for dry fly fishing. 

Each of these bodies is designed so that they will fit into competition fly size limits and act as a multi purpose fly and indicator!
