Wapsi Bucktail Large

Wapsi Large Bucktails are the premium, most select bucktails available, with long hair upwards of 5 to 6 inches.

That length makes them the bucktails for Clouser Minnows, Deceivers, traditional streamers, hair jigs, and warmwater flies. Bucktail hair is strong, holds its shape in the water, and flares when tied down tightly, giving flies bulk without much weight. The long hair near the tip builds wings and tails, and the shorter, hollower hair near the base flares for heads and collars.
